Who we are
Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, AmplifyDMC supports nonprofits and socially motivated businesses with their development, management, and communications (hence the “DMC”). To amplify our clients’ mission-driven work, the AmplifyDMC team brings varied skills including strategic planning and development, project management, graphic design, communications, public relations, fundraising, grant writing, and nonprofit operations.
We believe our approach to helping organizations with fundraising and communications campaigns is unique. We are realistic: we know that giving counsel is the easier work, while the doing is a bit more complicated, especially for short-staffed nonprofits. So, we bring capacity to projects in addition to ideas, helping our clients both build the plan and implement it. In other words, we “advise and do.”

PROJECT MANAGER
Your Role
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering AmplifyDMC’s development, management, and communications services for nonprofit clients. This includes balancing a mid-level view of each project’s strategic objectives with careful oversight of daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables. The role requires someone who can understand and follow strategic direction while simultaneously managing the detailed work that moves projects forward.
